My role:

Day-to-day content manager, planning, implementing and approving all content cross-channel  (website, eCRM, social) including third-party supplier campaigns.

  • Built, formatted and uploaded new features on the CMS, including adding relevant products

  • Wrote metadata for, and SEO checked, each feature

  • Sub-edited and fact-checked live articles to ensure they were up-to-date

  • Updated and wrote emails for the eCRM programme, including creating tracking links
